National Car Rental concern seeks to appoint a Junior Accountant on a contractual basis to be based at their Head Office in Airport Industria . Contract Period: Immediate until February / March 2025 Monday to Friday, 08h00 – 17h00. Salary: R20,000 per month slightly negotiable Minimum Requirements: Completed Accounting Degree 2 years' accounting experience Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in using accounting software and banking platforms Familiarity with VAT regulations and compliance Key Responsibilities will include: Assisting Senior Accountants with ad hoc functions Processing payables on the accounting system Expense control and recording Fixed asset recording and capturing Preparation of reconciliations Preparation of accrual schedules Knowledge and application of VAT regulations
