ROLE RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY Drive departmental cost awareness, savings, and efficiency Review departmental installation/ maintenance plans and costs estimates to ensure that budget applications accurately reflect productivity and efficiency improvements Build relationships across disciplines by sharing business information and knowledge to enable the attainment of operational objectives Maintain and monitor compliance with relevant internal controls within the relevant department Manage fixed assets, including recording acquisitions, disposals. Ensure that inventory levels are maintained. JOB REQUIREMENTS Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and accounting software Proficiency in English and Afrikaans.
