Then look no further, apply now to join this multi-national supply chain company Your responsibilities will include but is not limited to:Invoicing: Assisting with the creation and issuance of invoices to customers for products or services provided by the companyPayment Processing: Supporting the processing and recording of incoming payments from customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payment applicationAccount Reconciliation: Assisting in reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies between invoices, payments, and customer recordsCollections: Collaborating with the collections team to follow up on overdue accounts, contacting customers to secure payment, and documenting collection effortsReporting: Generating reports on accounts receivable aging, cash flow, and other relevant metrics to provide insights into the financial health of the businessCustomer Communication: Communicating with customers regarding billing inquiries, payment reminders, and resolving disputes or discrepancies in a professional and timely mannerRecordkeeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts, transactions, and correspondence to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controlsProcess accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures Skills & Experience: Microsoft OfficeGood time management skillsExcellent at prioritizing Qualification:Matric and relevant experienceMinimum 2 to 3 years of experience Contact ANNARI STANDER on astandercommunicate.co.za, quoting the Ref: CTF017967.
