Our client is looking for a Junior Admin Assistant who is dynamic, with an exceptional work ethic, strong attention to detail, and willingness to grow within the organization Job Specification Assets Management Keep accurate records of company assets Assist in tracking and managing asset inventories Work with relevant departments to ensure proper asset allocation Insurance Facilitate insurance-related documentation and processes Collaborate with the insurance provider to address queries and concerns On-Boarding Handle onboarding tasks, including account setup, equipment distribution, and coordinating required meetings Ensure new employees are provided with the necessary resources for a smooth start Offboarding Manage the return of company equipment during employee offboarding Performance and Productivity Scores Assist in tracking and reporting employee performance and productivity metrics Medical Aid and GAP Cover Support in managing employee medical aid and GAP cover information Employee Registers Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee registers Training Update training sheets, including matrices and budgets Determine employee interest in various training programs Schedule and coordinate training sessions Adhoc Admin Tasks Handle general administrative tasks as needed Staff Management General employee management of your assigned group(s), e.g., leave approval Team Performance Management in accordance with company process Attend and support employee-related administration Support employee training initiatives Support the recruiting and hiring initiatives, e.g interviews.
