An established industry leader in Transport and Relocations with a national footprint in all major cities is looking for a matriculant /or part-time student/or graduate for a full-time Junior Administrator position in our Logistics Department. We are looking for a candidate who is serious about his/her career, with a high work ethic and integrity. We were established 30 years ago and are fast growing with an annual growth of 30%. Great possibilities for growth and development within the company. Ensure accurate capturing of fuel. Assist with data capturing. Assist with a busy national inbound switchboard, and transfer calls to the relevant departments. Process high volumes of admin work, telephonic and email queries. Ad hoc responsibilities as and when required. A Matric/ Grade 12 qualification (with an average of above 65%). A tertiary qualification/ pursuing a part-time tertiary qualification (ONLY BENEFICIAL, NOT REQUIRED). No/ minimal work experience (entry-level position). Proficient Microsoft Office skills. Professional verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English. Required to be very diligent and thorough. Enduring positive energy and perseverance. Internal position-specific training will be provided. Driver's licence and own reliable transport. Required to work one Saturday in a month, on rotation. Ideally reside in Pretoria-East, or willing to relocate. R15 000 - R20 000 CTC per month.
