Our client is currently recruiting an Junior Personal Assistant & Administrator (R12 000) for Midrand. We are looking for a Bilingual candidate that fluently speaks both Afrikaans and English. Has a valid Drivers License with own car. Must be computer literate and have Personal Assistant and Administrator work experience. Main Job Purpose To provide administrative back-up to the sales team. To provide and maintain the “internal sales” function. To provide an efficient and friendly reception function. This will be achieved by preparing, planning, coordinating and timeously managing of all admin support process and procedures. Promoting the organisation's image, developing and maintaining good customer relationships. The candidate would have experience with the following duties: Key responsibility areas and activities Full admin support function for the General Manager. Answering the phone in a friendly, professional manner and directing the call to relevant persons/ departments. Should the caller request sales assistance, follow the internal sales procedure. Receive visitors and ensure that they receive the assistance required. Respond to and follow up, on sales enquiries according to the specified procedure. Filing all documentation in the prescribed manner, both electronically, and physically. Attend scheduled sales-operational meetings. Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills. Maintaining a friendly, professional atmosphere in the office at all times.
