Our client, a leading UK based digital agency, providing innovative and cutting-edge solutions to their clients, are looking for a Remote Junior Bookkeeper to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and must possess advanced excel and Xero skills. This is a remote position, allowing the candidate to work from the comfort of their own home. The candidate is required to have their own laptop and stable internet connection. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate financial records for the company Process invoices, payments, and receipts Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures Handle payroll and employee expense reimbursements Monitor and track company expenses Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing and payments Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping Advanced proficiency in Excel and Xero Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits: Salary: R8000 per month depending on experience 40 days annual leave Collaborative and supportive work environment Working Conditions: This is a remote position, and you will work from the comfort of your own home.
