We are searching for a Junior Brand manager. Key Responsibilities Execute with excellence the activation plans to drive mental & physical availability. Monitor the market and consumer shopper insights: using and interpreting syndicated data and research Contribute to agency briefs Track performance measures monthly Liaise with external partners and internal cross-functional team for new product launches Support & contribute to relevant brand team meetings and business planning process. Assist in the development of retail-ready plans for your brand to deliver Category growth Lead Post Campaign Analysis and work with media partners to implement optimizations to digital & PR campaigns. Work closely with commercial teams to implement commercial initiatives to drive profitability. Use analytical skills to understand drivers of brand and competitor performance and recommend actions to take. Manage and report on Brand Marketing Expenditure (BME). What We Are Looking For: Required Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in an FMCG environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications Flexibility to adapt plans/challenges as they arise. Desired Qualifications Self-starter who is proactive and results driven. Can do positive attitude, with the ability to influence and work in a collaborative way and identify creative solutions to challenges. Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative style. Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines. Proven implementation ability – on spec, on time and within budget. Good analytical, financial and business acumen skills.
