Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma iin Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Should have 2 years experience in both sales and marketing roles
- Must have excellent working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Lightroom
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Must have excellent working knowledge of Mircosoft Office
- Must possess strong business writing skills and be able to produce high-quality documents.
- Should have excellent attention to detail
- Should be aware of all the latest digital marketing tactics strategies and securities
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Should have the ability to think creatively and work independently
- Must be able to travel locally and internationally, when required
- Must be a creative thinker with the ability to contribute innovative ideas
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement lead generation strategies through digital marketing, events, and partnerships
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams and sales to align with business objectives and customer needs
- Conduct market research and analyze performance metrics to adapt strategies, identify trends, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership
- Create and optimize marketing materials, including copywriting, content creation, and digital community management, while facilitating design projects and maintaining relationships with external agencies
- Manage CRM, support sales teams with up-to-date resources, and stay informed on industry trends to recommend improvements
This is a live-out position
Package: R20kpm, 21 days annual leave per year, the opportunity to travel to the Seychelles, when applicable
