We are recruiting for JUNIOR ADMIN Assistant to our SENIOR FINANCIAL ADVISOR For our client within the Financial Advisory Service Industry based in Rosebank Johannesburg. EXPERIENCE IN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY IS A MINIMUM REQUIREMENT. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO HAVE THIS THANK YOU Duties not limited to: Office administration responsibilities Reporting directly to the Director Insure: claims submission Tracking & anniversaries of client email distribution for Advisors Monitoring Outlook inboxes from incoming clients and distributing them to respective admin team Assisting the Senior PA CRM uploads, backend compliance admin General day to day client operational requests Portfolio summary compilations Client communications Annual review letters Annual income letters Annual comm appointment letters Diary management Experience/Qualifications/skills Minimum of a Matric certificate Diploma or Financial Planning Re1 an advantage Minimum of 2 years plus similar work experience within the Financial Services OR Insurance Industries Discovery Product experience is a huge advantage Strong computer skills Friendly and outgoing Extremely organised, efficient and on the ball Able to work at fast past, under pressure and accurately. Strong communication skills
