No. ECM2041 In this role you will be responsible for: Reporting to the Business Partner (HRD) and be responsible for the facilitation, assessment, moderation and conducting training intervention to close the gap between on-the job practical and theory of First Aid disciplines in line with MQA requirements. Evaluating and giving recommendation in terms of the training material compliance, accuracy and relevance against mine standards and procedures. Compile daily and weekly training reports relevant to this position. Compliance with the company's HSEC system. Ensuring implementation of management decisions, legal requirements, and the company standards/policies. About you: (All requirements below are essential unless otherwise specified) Grade 12. Computer Literacy. ETDP Level 4. At least two (2) years' training / coaching experience. Assessor certificate OR Facilitator certificate (MUST have either one of these two certificates) Train-the Trainer certificate. Mineral Processing Certificate. Driver's license and own transport.
