Responsible for procurement and resale of raw material/ Packaging Material – for the manufacturing unit. Vendor Negotiations, Purchase Order generations, follow up with Vendors to ensure on time delivery. To expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems. Coordination with accounts for Payments to Vendors Coordination with stores & Production for material arrangement Coordination with Planning team for material planning & accurate projection Stock reviews & Reconciliations Fully leverage existing procurement strategies, contracts and relationships Lead localization in raw and packaging materials Price Control Record keeping Buying of NPD items Matric relevant tertiary qualification SAP Experience is essential EXCEL intermediate is a MUST 3 years buying experience FMCG experience is essential If you have not heard from us within 2 weeks, we regret you have been unsuccessful
