Coordinate supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Order and process stock to support project requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and manage storeroom functions.
Ensure all stock is stored safely and in an organized manner.
Assist in negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers.
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
Prepare and manage purchase orders and invoices.
Work closely with project teams to forecast material needs and plan stock accordingly.

Qualifications:
NQF 5 qualification in supply chain, logistics, or a similar field.
In the absence of relevant qualifications, experience in the relevant field and at the relevant level will be considered.
Experience:
2 to 4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a similar field.
Experience in the fire protection industry is preferable.
