NEW EMPLOYMENT AVAILABLE Title: (Junior Bookkeeper) Debtors & Creditors Clerk Area: Pietermaritzburg Industry: Manufacturing Ref No.: TRG 2196 Salary: R10 000 – R12 000 Kpm Bonus Start Date: As soon as possible An opportunity for an experienced (JUNIOR BOOKKEEPER) DEBTORS & CREDITORS CLERK is required for permanent employment based in Pietermaritzburg. Data and Records keeping: Maintaining records and documentation Capturing of all valid invoices Processing of suppliers' reconciliation Processing of ledger reconciliations Preparation of monthly reports Assisting in preparation of annual financial statements Capturing payments to suppliers Timely sending of remittance advice to suppliers Capturing payments to third party Custodian of creditors' payment history Filing of all invoices Preparation and submission of reports: Report financial discrepancies, errors and supplier complaints. Compile financial spreadsheets, statements, and other documents as needed. Bookkeeping OR Accounting qualification Min 3 years working experience as a bookkeeping clerk Manufacturing industry / environment exp. (adv). Computer literate MS Excel Pastel Pietermaritzburg residency required COMPETENCIES: Bookkeeping Financial and mathematical Integrity Communication Time management Salary: R10 000 – R12 000 Kpm Bonus Start Date: As soon as possible
