We are a boutique law firm situated in Vereeniging with a keen focus on criminal law, immigration law, road accident fund and claims against the state. We are looking for an associate who is able to work under pressure, individually and in a team setting. The successful applicant in addition to their normal work duties, must be available every second weekend to be on bail application duty for which commission is earned. The applicant should be able to work under pressure and independently at times. Good people skills are a must as the firm deals with a large diversity of different individuals. Having a reliable vehicle is an essential requirement. It will count in the applicants favor if they have experience in claims against the state. Criminal law experience is essential. The applicant should be versed in schedule 5 and 6 bail applications. It will count in the applicants favor if they have experience in claims against the state. R 16 500.00 plus commission.
