Our client is looking for a dedicated individual to support the General Manager with both technical and administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone who loves problem-solving and wants to make a real impact. What You'll Do: Technical Support: Assist with technical tasks, data analysis, and process improvements. Help with research, design, and development. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and assist with implementing new systems or software. Administrative Support: Manage the GM's schedule, draft communications, prepare meeting materials, and maintain records. Project Coordination: Keep projects on track by monitoring progress, coordinating resources, and acting as a liaison. Inventory and Resource Management: Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure equipment availability. Health and Safety: Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean working environment. Quality and Food Safety: Apply quality principles, maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and adhere to food safety standards. Self-Development: Continuously improve your skills and knowledge. What We're Looking For: Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience. Skills: Problem-solving, fault-finding, project management, excellent communication, and attention to detail. Attributes: Decisive, emotionally intelligent, and environmentally conscious.
