You will be responsible for handling service calls, conducting routine maintenance visits, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a combination of technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills to deliver high-quality service to clients. Key Responsibilities: Installation: Assist in the installation of hygiene equipment and systems at client sites, ensuring proper setup and functionality according to company standards and client requirements. Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance checks on hygiene equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Identify any issues or potential problems and take appropriate action to address them promptly. Service Calls: Respond to service calls from clients in a timely manner, diagnosing equipment issues and implementing effective solutions to resolve them. Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the service process to ensure satisfaction and minimise downtime. Service Visits: Conduct scheduled service visits to client sites to perform preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, calibration, and inspections. Document findings and recommendations for future reference and follow-up. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical problems with hygiene equipment, utilizing diagnostic tools and resources to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Client Interaction: Interact professionally with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns or questions, and provide guidance on equipment usage and maintenance best practices. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, maintenance logs, and equipment inventory. Ensure all documentation is complete, organised, and submitted in a timely manner.
