We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to be a Financial Administrator who can assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, with in the finance department. Growing your career as a Finance Administrator is a fantastic opportunity to develop exceptional skills into the field of accounting . What is in it for you - Salary: up to R6 000 per month, depending on experience 40 days paid holiday annually - (28 days bank holidays extended festive period shutdown) Fully Remote Mandatory Skills – 2 to 3 years' experience in: Account software experience Xero will be advantageous Analytical and critical thinking skills Confident in communication and working within a tight-knit team Strong commercial awareness Self-motivated, proactive, and innovative style Excel and Microsoft intermediate skills ( mandatory ) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential Strong attention to detail Payroll Duties include but are not limited to: Managing and recording financial transactions using Xero Processing payments Updating financial records Finance data capture Maintaining accurate company ledgers Administer daily cashflow Processing supplier and client invoices for approval and payment Assisting with reconciliations Year-end account assistance Assisting with payroll Streamline financial procedures and administration Ad hoc duties as required by the management team Please note, if laptop/pc specifications are not provided with screening questions, please consider your application unsuccessful
