Good time keeping , interpersonal skills and Isizulu is a requirement. Must be kept up to date with all financial stats. Marketing experience is an advantage.The following attributes will be a strong recommendation. Must be able to work with managers and staff in all departments. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadline as set out. Must be able to deliver on short notice on manager's request. Standard 10 ( Matric /Grade12) Must have a Diploma /Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification with minimum 3 years' experience. Computer literacy and have Microsoft office experience. Must have proven experience in understanding of Financials , Vat recons , calculations and submission of SARS returns. Must have budgeting, cost analysis and analytical review experience. Experience with reconciliations of fuel on a daily basis. Win branch and or Fueltorque fuel program knowledge is an advantage. Must have experience with Minipos program. Experience working in a petroleum admin is an advantage. Compilation of audit packs for external auditors and tender documents. General filing and administrative duties experience. A valid code 08 drivers licence. R8000 to R12000 (negotiable)
