Your role will involve overseeing group management accounting, guiding audits, managing cash flow intricacies, and collaborating closely with our property management team to ensure seamless financial management. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Overseeing group management accounting for various entities • Conducting accounting tasks and related processing • Reviewing monthly trial balances and preparing management accounts • Managing audits, including year-end journal reviews • Reviewing and approving VAT reconciliations • Assisting with accounting and audit queries • Managing cash flow, including payment reviews and scheduling • Handling bond payments, intergroup funding/payments, and cross-billing • Managing tenant arrears and liaising with the property management team for maintenance budgeting • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field • Accreditation is advantageous • Minimum of 5 years of experience • Essential experience in the property or rental industry • Proficiency in MDA is preferred market-related
