A well established car rental company in Kempton Park is looking for a junior fleet administrator. Assist in the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle dispatch, returns, and inventory control. Support the coordination of regular maintenance and repairs to keep vehicles in optimal condition. Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle usage, mileage, and service history. Monitor fuel usage and support the implementation of cost-saving strategies. Ensure all vehicles comply with local regulations and company policies. Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues related to fleet vehicles under the supervision of senior staff. Prepare and assist in analyzing fleet performance reports to optimize operations. Matric; additional certification in logistics or fleet management is a plus. Experience in fleet management or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with fleet management software is a plus. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver's license.
