An exciting opportunity has become available for a renowned public speaker and television presenter. The position is based in Sandton, Johannesburg. We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Design and Marketing Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent university graduate with a passion for graphic design and marketing. The successful candidate will assist in creating visual content, support various marketing initiatives, and ensure the integrity of our document management system. Assist in the creation and editing of marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, presentations, and other visual content. Upload and organize documents in the company's drive/database, ensuring everything is up-to-date and easily accessible. Support the marketing team with basic tasks such as scheduling social media posts, updating website content, presentations and assisting with email campaigns. Ensure the integrity and organization of digital assets, maintaining a well-structured and efficient filing system. Perform basic graphic design tasks as needed to support marketing campaigns and initiatives. Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in all marketing communications. Assist with the preparation and execution of marketing events and activities. Recent graduate with a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field. Basic knowledge and skills in graphic design, including proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
