Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating visually appealing graphics for various projects, including digital
ads, social media content, presentations, and print materials (e.g., brochures,
posters)
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project
requirements and objectives
- Support the design team in executing visual concepts and maintaining brand
consistency
- Amend designs based on feedback from stakeholders to ensure high quality and
effective communication
- Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design
projects
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative idea generation
- Assist in organizing and maintaining digital asset libraries
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent
experience)
- Proven experience (internship or freelance) as a Junior Graphic Designer or
similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software
- Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS
