A client based in Kempton Park is looking for an Industrial Relations Specialist. The candidate will co-ordinate the following main tasks (but not limited to): Progressive discipline – formulating the written reprimands. Initiate and/or chair at disciplinary enquiries. Represent the company in disciplinary cases (conciliation and arbitration) at bargaining council or CCMA. Drafting of arguments in terms of condonations, reviews, affidavits etc. on a professional/legal level. Union meetings and arguments as well as presenting the company in Union matters. Manage the records on progressive discipline. Back up on recruitment of drivers from time to time. Qualifications & skills required: Industrial Relations degree / diploma Practical IR experience at various levels – approx. 3 years Strong language ability Excellent written communications Negotiation skills & Assertiveness Computer literate ito MS Office (outlook, excel, word, powerpoint) Market Related Apply Now
