A Managed IT company is looking for a potential candidate to join our team as a Junior IT Field Support Technician. This is an opportunity for someone to kick start a career in IT support field. The company offers support services to clients across the Eastern Cape. Services include: Computer hardware repairs, Desktop application support, Network cabling, Security surveillance.RequirementsGrade 12CompTIA ACompTIA NExcellent communication skills.Be ready and available to travel within the Eastern Cape on frequent basis, in some cases spending couple of days or week away from home.Must have strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.Must be able to function and work well in a team.Must be self-discipled and work without constant supervision.Must own Smartphone and ready to use it for work purposes such as taking photos, phone calls, WhatsApp and Emails.Must be willing to be on standby, work on weekends or after hours including long hours.Valid Code 08 Driver’s License.
