We are currently looking for a Junior Logistics/Intercity/Transport Manager to join our team. Managing of Clients, suppliers and drivers Managing of Intercity transport operations Quoting Clients on Intercity transport and deliveries Assist with acquiring new customers for warehousing, local distribution, and Intercity transport Achieving budgetary objectives Maintaining high quality customer service After hours offloading/loading of vehicles as required Ensuring efficiency in warehousing, local distribution, and Intercity transport Develop and maintain relationships with third party service providers and clients Managing of vehicles, services, licensing etc Managing of inventory, stock counts, Rotation, Orders, FIFO, checking correct products are loaded Administrative functions (Including but not limited to capturing of manifests, trip-sheets, and other admin related activities) Any other activity related to logistics management as requested We are looking for a young, dynamic, motivated and energetic matriculant or graduate between the ages of 21 – 25 years Some work experience in a similar field would be beneficial Must have a minimum of matric, a diploma or degree in similar field beneficiary Market Related
