As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company's products are prominently displayed and effectively marketed in various retail stores. You will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff, monitoring product placement and availability, and implementing merchandising strategies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. Visit assigned retail stores on a regular basis to ensure that our products are properly stocked, displayed, and merchandised according to company standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and staff, serving as the primary point of contact for all merchandising-related inquiries and support. Conduct product audits and inspections to assess inventory levels, product placement, and overall presentation, and take corrective action as needed. Collaborate with store personnel to execute promotional activities, special displays, and product demonstrations to drive sales and increase brand visibility. Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing feedback and recommendations to the sales and marketing teams to inform product development and marketing strategies. Collect and analyze data on product performance, customer feedback, and sales trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Provide training and support to store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement. Matric Own Car and Drivers Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others effectively. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual merchandising and product presentation. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. R6000 CTC to R7000 CTC per month based on experience and qualifications
