Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric + relevant tertiary qualification and/or Certifications CCNA / CCNP
1-2 Years experience with strong understanding of SIP protocol and IP networking principles
Working knowledge and experience of Cloud PBX and VoIP systems
Expertise in Mikrotik RouterBOARD configuration and management of devices beneficial
Bilingual in Afrikaans and English **
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality required
Own vehicle and valid drivers license non-negotiable; to allow for driving in company vehicles
