From conducting thorough financial needs analyses to proposing investment strategies tailored to the client's needs, you'll work closely with the Financial Planners to ensure clients receive top-notch service and advice. What you'll need To be considered for this role, you'll need to have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in an admin support/Paraplanner role working for an independent brokerage. You also need to have a completed tertiary degree, ideally with a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning, or progressing towards achieving it. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Elite Wealth are essential. Candidates on track to complete their Certified Financial Planner® designation will be given preference. Additionally, a client-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong ethical compass are crucial for success in this role.
