Purpose of the role: The Junior Production Assistant key role is assisting the Production team with their administrative functions. In this role you will receive a comprehensive overview of our products and services, providing excellent customer services, calculating costing and backend capturing. Open client account on our internal system (Isync) Open cost sheet Prepare production brief Obtain quotes from suppliers Verify artwork and job prices Follow up on issued quotation or obtain purchase orders Upload purchase orders on system Compare supplier invoice with PPO btain delivery instructions and arrange shipping Invoicing Arranging delivery notes Follow up on samples, deliveries etc Grade 12 or relevant qualification Excellent adminittration and customer service skills Multi-tasking Excellent verbal and written communication skils Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, such as excel Salary: Market Related Benefits: Provident Fund and Medical Insurance
