Our client based in Westville is searching for a Project Manager who can hit the ground running. This is a fast paced environment, pushing out 20-30 projects a week At any given time there could be up to 300 projects on the go. If you come from an Agile environment – perfect Job Description Management of full lifecycle of helpfile creation for online games from the creation of content, internal testing, QA testing and compliance and regulation certification across multiple countries and languages Team to manage consists of 6 Technical Writers and 3 Compliance Regulators Averaging on 80 live projects at any point with a project lifecycle of 3 months Daily testing releases and weekly deployment releases are scheduled and managed through the project management support software – Zoho Compliance and regulation scheduling is managed through Excel and Confluence You will be required to manage the projects from start to finish, coordinate teams, resource plan, manage relationships and budgets. If you are an on your toes thinker, love dealing with lots of information and keeping everyone on track, this is for you. Qualifications Matric Knowledge of Microsoft Office and task management tools and software (Microsoft Teams and Expertise in Excel). Knowledge of the development of digital communication campaigns.
