Minimum qualifications:
Either a Bsc QS or Bsc Building Science/ Construction Management, Bsc Civil, dependant on the individual they would consider a Bsc Property Studies as well.
Age: 25 - 35yrs old as this is a junior position
Previous experience in:
Business development

QS development
Leasing
Or a combination
