Waarin jy ondervinding sal opdoen: • Die uitvoer van psigometriese assesserings vir keurings- en ontwikkelingsdoeleindes Samewerking met verskeie departemente om hul mensekapitaalbehoeftes te verstaan Help met die ontwerp en implementering van werwingstrategieë Die skryf van boeiende advertensies om toptalent te lok Deelname aan alle stadiums van die werwingsproses, van keuring tot onderhoudvoering Deelname aan navorsingsprojekte om werwing- en keuringsmetodologieë te verbeter Skadu met ervare professionele persone in verskillende departemente om jou begrip van organisatoriese dinamika te verbreed Minimum vereistes en vaardighede: • Geregistreer as 'n Psigometris of Student Bedryfsielkundige (met eie toesighouer) by die HPCSA, of beplan om dit teen die einde van 2024 te doen Honneurs in Sielkunde voltooi; Bedryfsielkunde sal 'n bykomende voordeel wees Vaardig in rekenaarvaardighede om moderne werwingshulpmiddels en sagteware doeltreffend te benut Volle professionele vaardigheid in beide Engels en Afrikaans, wat naatlose kommunikasie met diverse belanghebbendes moontlik maak Bereidwilligheid om te woon of te verhuis na Lichtenburg, Noordwes, waar NWK se hoofkwartier is Vaardighede benodig: • Analities: Vermoë om insigte uit data te put. Interpersoonlik: Bou rapport en spanwerk. Navorsing: Bly op hoogte van bedryfstendense. Detail georiënteerd: Akkuraatheid in assesserings en voldoening. As a Junior Psychometrist/Industrial Psychology Intern, you'll be an integral part of our team, contributing to the enhancement of our workforce through data-driven insights and innovative approaches. What You Will Gain Experience In:  Conducting psychometric assessments for selection and development purposes  Collaborating with various departments to understand their human capital needs  Assisting in the design and implementation of recruitment strategies  Writing compelling advertisements to attract top talent  Participating in all stages of the recruitment process, from screening to interviewing  Engaging in research projects to enhance recruitment and selection methodologies  Shadowing with experienced professionals in different departments to broaden your understanding of organizational dynamics Minimum Requirements and Skills:  Registered as a Psychometrist or Student Industrial Psychologist (with own supervisor) with the HPCSA, or planning to do so by the end of 2024  Completed Honours in Psychology; Industrial Psychology would be an added advantage  Proficient in computer skills to effectively utilize modern recruitment tools and software  Full professional proficiency in both English and Afrikaans, enabling seamless communication with diverse stakeholders  Willingness to live or relocate to Lichtenburg, North West, where NWK is headquartered Skills Required:  Analytical: Ability to draw insights from data.  Interpersonal: Building rapport and teamwork.  Research: Staying updated on industry trends.  Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in assessments and compliance.  Problem-Solving: Proposing innovative solutions.  Adaptability: Flexibility in a dynamic environment.  Organization: Managing tasks and deadlines effectively.  Ethical Conduct: Upholding confidentiality and integrity.  Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
