Junior Quantity Surveyor - South Africa

Requirements:
- Hold a quantity surveying qualification
- Possess a minimum of 2 years post-graduation experience, preferably with a building contractor
- Confidence and strong communication skills
- Ability to assert oneself in negotiation situations
Responsibilities:
- Site measurements , assist in the preparation of monthly certificates , sub contractor payments and the management of contract documents
- Conduct cost analysis and prepare estimates
- Procurement process involvement, including obtaining quotes and negotiating prices
- Monitoring project progress and costs to ensure adherence to budgets
- Collaboration with project stakeholders for smooth project delivery
- Maintenance of accurate records and documentation
