We are actively looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team ,you'll be at the forefront of shaping our team's success, working hand-in-hand with our Hiring Manager to build a stellar workforce. Responsibilities: Proactively search for candidates on various platforms to build a strong candidate pool. Evaluating CVs and applications to identify qualified candidates who meet the job requirements. Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers is crucial to ensuring a smooth interview process. Keeping candidates informed about the interview process and logistics helps maintain a positive candidate experience. Maintaining accurate records of candidate information and progress through the recruitment process in the ATS is vital for effective recruitment management. Keeping hiring managers informed about the recruitment process and candidate pool status enables effective decision-making. Supporting various administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, managing emails, and organizing assessments helps ensure the efficiency of the recruitment process. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar recruitment role, with a focus on sourcing and screening candidates from job boards. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Flexibility to work in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone with some flexibility. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a must.
