Recruitment Administrator Recruitment • Responsible for all end-to-end recruitment • Resourcing and staffing of all vacancies - sourcing of candidates (via job sites, our own website, social media, networking with candidates and existing staff), including telephonic screening of candidates, shortlisting of candidates, meeting with candidates, and briefing them prior to client interviews. • Conduct bulk recruitment and ensure a constant supply of candidates to be ready for placements. • Ensure temp placement targets are met and orders are filled. • Ensure client recruitment needs are being met and are aligned with company / client requirements, policies, and procedures. – Company's recruitment and selection policy and procedure adhered to / full compliance • Assist in filling perm orders and higher-level positions as per client demand. • Manage, update, and submit weekly and monthly recruitment reports (no. of interviews, orders filled, etc) • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. • Utilise a variety of creative sourcing strategies to identify a high quality and diverse candidate pool. Admin • Compiling weekly / monthly company and client reports (i.e., HR / Ops / Absenteeism / Incidents) • Prepare and submit daily / weekly reports in relation to site role, time keeping, absenteeism, IR matters, leave and overall employee incident related issues. • Capturing and submission of timesheets • Collating and submission of employee pay queries. • Administrate employee contracts. • Assist with completion and record keeping of UI19's • Assist with bargaining council withdrawals. • Escalate non-compliance where appropriate. • General administration duties Operations • Assist contacting employees towards collection and drop off points – site allocation and placement. • Assist in co-ordinating and ensuring due diligence is conducted before placement of staff on site based on client and company requirements and expectations. • Assist in the induction of employees as per company and client requirement. • Where applicable, attend meetings – for minute taking and provide input as per job function. • Matric • HR / Admin related or diploma (advantageous) • Previous recruitment and administration experience and exposure • Computer literate (MS Office) • Good verbal and written communication • Passionate about people and efficient service delivery • Ability to multitask. • Accepts responsibility. • Team player Market Related Apply Now
