Job Objective:
The Junior Relationship Manager is responsible for supporting the Relationship Manager in managing and developing client relationships. The role involves providing high-quality customer service, assisting with financial transactions, and helping to identify opportunities to grow the business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of banking products and services, and a passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with corporate and financial institutional clients.
- Conduct corporate and financial institutional client KYC on boarding and due diligence requirement.
- Explore new business opportunities based on branch's performance targets.
- Conduct credit analysis for potential financing business and prepare credit application.
- Periodic monitoring and post-lending management.
- Other ad hoc works assigned by the head of Department.
