We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Representative/Field Merchandiser to join our client's sales team. This role involves servicing our client's existing clientele in the hardware sector, ensuring their products are prominently displayed and effectively marketed. Client Servicing: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the hardware sector. Merchandising: Ensure our products are prominently displayed and effectively merchandised in retail environments. Sales Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to increase sales and market share within assigned territories. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback. Matric Experience: Previous experience in sales or merchandising, ideally within the hardware or retail sector. Must have own car and drivers Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively in a team environment. Driving License: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is an asset.
