Sales Support will also provide administrative backup to Sales Management and assist walk in customers from time to time. Working within a team that supplies mines with slabs and cement for plants. Be available to your designated Reps Have key information at hand (lead times, stock, transport, credit) Prepare quotes, pro-forma invoices, invoices Respond with urgency and accuracy Update administrative systems daily as required Update Production Planner on key product requirements Resolve customer queries and prepare credits where required Provide backup to front desk Notify Management of potential problems Requirements: Previous experience in customer counter sales is essential. Background in mining, plant, or construction is highly advantageous. Proactive and driven individual. Strong interpersonal skills. Pleasant demeanor and excellent grammar. Proficiency in software applications. Matric qualification required. Diploma or degree in Administration or Finance is beneficial. Computer literacy in MS Office, Syspro, or equivalent.
