Qualifications:

Requirements:

Solid understanding of software systems
Understanding MS SQL databases, SQL queries, and how software interacts with a database
Tech stack: Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, Microsoft MVC, Web development (JavaScript, HTML 5 & CSS), Knowledge of a UI framework like React or Angular, SQL Server 2016 and later, and Operating Systems (Windows 7 and later)

KPAs:

Maintain and enhance existing versions of software products.
Develop new features for software products.
Provide support services for supplied software.
Conduct knowledge transfer and training for customers and the implementation team.
Generate documentation as necessary.
Perform general development tasks and ad hoc programming based on customer requirements.
Maintain and support applications developed.
Capture development requirements from customers.
Design new functionality for software products.
Develop interfaces for new devices and updated versions of existing field devices.
Create interfaces for integration with third-party software.
Occasionally engage in project management during development phases.

Maintenance Responsibilities:

Ensure the current version of software products is maintained by fixing bugs, conducting general maintenance, logging, and addressing issues, and enhancing software for better performance and user experience.
Manage and update the source code repository throughout the software development life cycle.

Support Responsibilities:

Transfer knowledge to the implementation team regarding new software functionality.
Conduct audits of site databases to identify issues and potential misconduct.
Provide occasional assistance with setup and configuration of sites.
Offer third-tier support for existing software implementations in the field.
