Do you have a minimum of 2 years internet software support experience and is familiar with Radius Manager, Mikrotik and Ubiquiti, then my client would like to meet you. We are seeking a skilled Junior Internet Helpdesk Support professional to join our team in providing efficient internet support services. Requirements: Minimum of 2 year in internet software support role Familiarity with Mikrotik, Ubiquiti Software & Hardware Proficiency in Radius Manager Software Basic internet support and telephonic troubleshooting skills Fluency in English & Afrikaans Living in Northern Suburbs Additional Criteria: Ability to work under pressure 8 am to 5 pm availability (own transportation required) Must be available for after-hours support R14,500 (Depending on experience)
