Top Vending is seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Technician to join our Technical Department. Reporting to the Technical Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for repairing home B2C and business B2B coffee machines, ensuring our clients receive prompt and efficient technical support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Diagnose and repair coffee machines in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Perform routine maintenance and preventive measures on coffee machines to ensure optimal functionality. 3. Collaborate with the Technical Manager to prioritize and complete service requests. 4. Maintain accurate records of machine repairs, parts used, and service history. 5. Perform all repairs according to machine manuals and Technical Bulletins 6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in coffee machine technology. Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Technical certification or relevant coursework in appliance repair, electronics, or a related field. 3. Previous experience in repairing coffee machines or similar appliances is advantageous. 4. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. R91,000.00 Cost to Company Per Annum
