Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents Collect and organize all relevant information and documentation for tender submissions Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and market trends Coordinate with various departments to gather accurate information for tender submissions Support the tender team in analyzing and evaluating tender requirements Assist in the development of pricing strategies and bid proposals Maintain and update tender databases and records Requirements Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field Previous experience in tender coordination or administration is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word Strong analytical and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Knowledge of the construction industry is advantageous Valid driver's license Benefits Hire Resolve is a top-tier recruitment firm that focuses on placing skilled professionals in permanent employment.
