The Junior Manager for Tenders and Business Development will lead the end-to-end tender process, collaborating with internal teams and international offices. They'll ensure quality control of documentation, provide leadership for business development, offer administrative support, facilitate national panel applications, conduct project research, and assist with information management, contributing significantly to company growth. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent 5-10 years' consultancy experience in tender and business development management. 5 years' experience in planning and design of engineering projects. Proficiency in compiling tender documents and proposals for donor-funded projects. Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Willingness to travel within South Africa and Africa as needed.
