Grade 12 / Tertiary qualification in Accounting will be an advantage
Min 2 years experience as a creditors clerk, doing the complete creditors function
Good working knowledge of Excel is essential
Ensuring all documents are valid and authorized for payment
Reconciliation of system balances with supplier statements
Sorting out queries
Payment of creditors according to payment terms
Completing payment packs
Managing the CMPL on behalf of suppliers
Any other administration duties
