Job Description Manage relationships with suppliers, customers, and other departments in the company Manage the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and updating customer records as needed Monthly invoicing of the network, maintaining accuracy and updating records Processing monthly payments for customers and suppliers using IT tools Preparing scope of work to onboard suppliers for the department Support the sales team in implementing the concept in the market, with daily queries and assisting the network with inquiries Follow up on the Bosch Car Service contracting process, revising content based on regulations and market requirements. Sending out contracts, tracking responses Set up and lead strategic cooperation with key partners, resolving customer queries and complaints Roll out new services for the Bosch Car Service network, determining business models and pricing strategies Plan and execute the marketing strategy for the Bosch Car Service concept, including events and campaigns Planning Open Days, festivals participation, and conventions Coordinate customer surveys, assessments, and complaints regularly, ensuring resolution and satisfaction Handling daily customer complaints, coordinating feedback with workshops and the sales team Report to the Head of Workshop Concepts and Services Africa
