Reference: PE000457-GS-1Position: Jnr ICT Support Technician Roll – External technical support technician.Area – Gqeberha (PE) & surrounding areasPosition Available: immediately Basic Duties: Break-assist onsite & desktop support Hardware & software installations, and repairs Network installations. Pro-active client systems maintenance General technical admin – reports & stock take etc. Minimum Requirements: 2 years experience in IT technical support, installations, and repairs Basic ICT qualifications A N and MCSE certification Own reliable transport is very important No criminal or debt review record Good interpersonal and communication skills is a must Self-starter / must be able to work independently must be technically minded / COMMON SENSE approach to problems and challenges is critically important 4 months probation period Remuneration: Basic salary before deductions – R11000 Performance bonus of R3000 every 4 months after successful & positive performance review Travel allowance. Cell phone and Data contribution Year End Bonus based on performance R 9000 - R 11000 - Monthly plus Performance Bonus every 4 months, Year End Bonus based on Performance
