WHAT WILL I BE DOING? In your role as a graduate at Kellogg, you will be receiving experience / meaningful work in various areas within the organisation. WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE? As well as a hunger to learn, to succeed in this position and to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements: Requirements Students must have completed either a National Diploma in Food Technology or Food Science and Technology, BTech Quality or BSc Food Science Must have no work experience Must have the following competencies: Planning and Organizing Contribution to Team Success Attention to detail Initiative Adaptability WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW? Students will be placed on a 12 month fixed term contract and will rotate through a structured program that includes spending time in the R&T, and the Marketing departments. Students will be required to work shift work as part of their program.
