Salt My client is looking for a Key Account Manager who is dynamic and a self-driven professional responsible for the expansion of the company's POS Terminal Business. This role involves identifying, driving, and closing new business opportunities, developing strategies to contribute to the company's financial growth, and ensuring customer retention and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Customer Management: Retain and manage existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and continued business. Sales and Contracts: Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with customers and suppliers. Marketing and Upselling: Promote and upsell products and services to customers. Platform Partner Management: Retain, manage, and expand relationships with platform partners. Communication: Serve as the primary contact point for all external communications. Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase business. Internal Coordination: Work with internal teams to manage external communications. Outsourced Marketing: Oversee outsourced marketing, events, and PR activities. Collateral Creation: Develop supporting materials for customers and partners. Product Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers and partners. Experience: Industry Experience: 5-10 years in the payments industry. Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of the payment flow and face-to-face payments. Payment Providers: Experience working with payment providers and a strong industry network. Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, including cold calling and leveraging existing networks.
