Our client is looking for a Key Account Manager to join their team. The successful incumbent will be tasked with selling / promoting the full range of products and services offered by the company within various market segments. Ensure that your sales targets are met or exceeded Build portfolio of clients, both existing and new [actively canvass for sales prospects - daily meetings] Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure that return business is generated Remain fully skilled in new technology offered by the company Ensure that a client's needs are understood, interpreted and communicated accurately and that their expectations are met and managed at all times Attend all sales meetings and training sessions Deal with client queries and provide feedback timeously Ensure administration and reports are completed accurately and submitted on time Carry out all instructions as requested by the management Assume responsibility of the complete sales process from start to finish (this includes quotes, orders, invoices, deliveries, support and collection of funds). Generate quotations accurately and within customer timelines as per their needs Ensure that all quotations, invoices, lead sheets and pipelines are uploaded to the company CRM/financial operating system Ensure that the correct discount structures are applied – after consultation with Manager. Request assistance from technical support / product specialists when needed. Give product demonstrations at clients' sites or at the company premises. Conduct site inspections whenever requested by client, as well as when technical assistance is required. Inform the client of the expected delivery date of stock items Previous experience in a similar role, within the security systems sector (preferred). Own vehicle Solid sales track record - including business development Good technical knowledge of security products Previous experience with demonstrations / presentations Apply Now
